The Shepherd

I always love to take pics of San and Josh, hand-in-hand, just like in the picture. For me, it reflects our relationship with God.

As parents, we hold our child's hand to guide him to walk in the right path. But in many ocassions, it was not us let his hand down but he himself pulled his hand out as he wanted to go to somewhere else. It is often that we also do the same with God, we try to escape from Him.

However, God is faithful. He is always there for us. Whenever you are afraid, worry about your future, uncertain about anything, come to Him and trust Him. He will guide us to the right path for His name's sake. He is our shepherd.

Josh's stories^^

Seorang anak sedang mainan pesawat2an...
J: Mosok???
M: Iya...
J: Mosok???
M: .......

Sekeluarga sedang hiking, tiba2...
J: Ma ada caterpillar!
M: Mana? Mana?...Hiiiiiii...(bergidik ngelihat makhluk kecil keluget-keluget)
J: Mama jangan takut Ma. Ada Tuhan Yesus!
M: .......

Lagi jalan-jalan...
M: Wah lihat ada strawberry!
J: Mama...jangan diambil, Ma...biarkan strawberrynya mekar terus menetas...
M: ... (ini anak mixed-up bunga mekar, telur menetas, sama buah matang)

Today's lesson

*Treat your suffering as the opportunity to glorify the Lord and as training for your future.*

Smart ducks!

-Silla University, January 2013-

It's a calm and cold morning.

On my way to the Arts building, I saw this cute scene of our university's ducks and I could not stand not to take out my camera from my jacket and shoot them a picture. What a smart creature! I continued my walk to the Arts building and was thinking about how come they know they have to cross on the zebra cross. It was not the first time I saw them cross on that path. Even the university students or even myself often don't follow the rule and just cross the street everwhere we want. That day I learnt from the cute creature and did my self reflection.

Have a beautiful weekend! ♥
